EU Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item of your order (or the next business day if the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday) without giving any reason.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Please notify us of your withdrawal decision before the deadline by:

  Please include in the email: your order number, your name, shipping address, and the item you wish to return or cancel.
• Or fill out the form: Withdrawal Form
  You can also cancel your order directly through your account center before it ships.

Refund

We will refund you in full (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
