Before YEHJEN became a brand, its founder was a hands-on grinder enthusiast who enjoyed designing, building, and refining coffee grinders in his spare time. Flat and conical burrs do not form a simple quality ladder. They emphasize different cup characteristics. Large flat burrs are often selected for particle uniformity, flavor separation and clarity.
Conical burrs are commonly chosen for texture, sweetness and a more integrated presentation.The YEH-83C is the natural starting point for traditional espresso and milk drinks. The YEH-80L suits buyers who want flat-burr clarity without moving immediately to a 98mm platform. The YEH-98L and YEH-120L serve users who place greater value on separation, burr geometry and advanced workflow control.
Which Yarramate grinder is best for espresso?
