YARRAMATE ships from multiple regional fulfillment centers to improve delivery speed and reduce shipping costs. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on destination, order value, and inventory availability.

How we fulfill orders

  • We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address when inventory is available.
  • If an item is out of stock locally, it may ship from another fulfillment center.
  • We reserve the right to determine the final fulfillment location.

7) Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

8) Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

9) Delivery Estimates & Liability

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • customs inspections
    • weather conditions
    • carrier disruptions
    • peak seasons
    • incorrect address information
  • Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, YARRAMATE is not responsible for carrier delays.

10) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to:
    • incorrect address
    • unclaimed parcel
    • failed delivery attempts
      additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • If you choose not to reship, the original shipping fee may be deducted from any refund.

11) Split Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability.
  • You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

12) Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

13) Shipping Fee Adjustments & Promotions

  • Free-shipping thresholds apply to the final order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
  • Shipping promotions and rates may change without prior notice.
