SECTION 2 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same brand-new condition as received.

2. Free Replacements & Extended Warranty Plans

We take full responsibility for product quality issues and transit damages:

  • Within 30 Days (Damaged/Defective): If your product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, you are eligible for a 100% free replacement. Please email us with photographic or video evidence for verification.

  • Within 60 Days: Eligible for a free replacement product or free reshipment of missing parts/accessories from our fulfillment center.

  • 60 to 120 Days: Eligible for a 50% partial refund of the original purchase price.

  • 120 Days to 1 Year: Eligible for a 30% partial refund of the original purchase price.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered).

5. Refund Processing Time
