Rechargeable Milk Frother – 3-Speed Stainless Steel Handheld Mixer

YARRAMATE Rechargeable Milk Frother with 2 Whisks -I have a battery-powered milk frother already, but I’ll always prefer something rechargeable, more for the simplicity of not having to find batteries when something dies right when I want to use it than for any potential cost savings. So I was excited to try this one out. It certainly looked like an upgrade, and the fact that when you turn it on it stays on without having to hold down a button seemed like a good thing.It is nice looking. It would blend in with many decors enough to stay out on the counter near the coffee machine. And it certainly has power. That’s where my problem is. It may be that it has too much power. I have yet to whip up a nice froth that doesn’t collapse in under a minute, nor has my husband. We’ve come to the conclusion that it’s so much stronger and faster than our battery-powered frother that it’s easy to overwork the milk proteins quickly. The problem is made worse by the fact that the power is not a simple toggle on and off at the set speed. Instead, you have to cycle through the power levels one press at a time, so there’s no quick shutoff at just the right moment.The standard whisk attachment is much better than the frother, although it’s too long to fit on the stand while attached. It’s quick and easy for whipped cream. Still the same annoyance with cycling through the speeds rather than a toggle, but whipped cream is more forgiving. I think I’ll keep this around just for that purpose, simply because it’s easier than getting out the hand mixer, especially because I managed to lose my hand mixer during a move.Not a total loss, but best suited for whipping cream rather than frothing milk.

Bought this for coffee but now use it for everything—dual stainless steel whisks mix my post-workout shakes smoothly, and the 3-speed setting is great for thick matcha. Rechargeable design is way better than disposable batteries!

Do not buy this product! When I say I want to throw it into on coming traffic everyday I am not lying. You have to go through every speed setting to turn it off and Unless you are putting your coffee in a 64oz cup it is going to overflow every single day. heads are super hard to change out and whisk head is pretty useless for anything but liquid. If I had the box I would return it.Do yourself a favor buy a different one.
