Precision Adjustment
Micron-Level Precision Adjustment
Whether dialing in light-roast espresso or opening up for pour-over, the stepless adjustment system provides fine control over burr spacing. Combined with the independent spindle and rigid chassis, it is designed to support repeatable grind settings across different brewing methods.
Compatible Burrs
98mm & 102mm Burrs
Standard configuration: 98mm all-purpose magnetic blind burr.
Compatible with selected 98mm and 102mm flat burrs, including magnetic blind and through-hole designs.
Switching from 98mm to 102mm burrs requires the corresponding 102mm burr carrier adapter.
Why Choose a 98mm Flat Burr Grinder?
A 98mm flat burr grinder gives experienced coffee users a large-burr platform designed for precise grind control, low-retention single dosing, and flexibility across espresso and filter brewing. The larger burr format also provides more options for exploring different burr geometries and flavor profiles.
The YEH-98L combines a 98mm flat burr platform with a 2000W brushless FOC motor, 300–2000 RPM variable-speed control, stepless grind adjustment, and a low-retention workflow. It is designed for users who want greater control when dialing in espresso, pour-over, and filter coffee.
The grinder supports compatible 98mm and 102mm flat burrs, including magnetic blind and through-hole designs. Switching from 98mm to 102mm burrs requires the corresponding 102mm burr carrier, allowing users to experiment with a wider range of burr profiles.

FAQ
How often should I clean the grinder?
A full deep clean is recommended every 15 days. Unplug first, detach the powder spout and hopper, unscrew the 4 top bolts with the included hex key, and lift the upper section to expose the burrs. Clean with the included brush or a small vacuum. Wipe mating surfaces before reassembling.
Can I use 102mm burrs?
Yes. The YEH-98L accepts 102mm flat burrs but requires the separate 102mm burr carrier adapter. 98mm burrs (both magnetic blind and holed types) fit natively with no extra parts.
Will my grind setting change after cleaning or a burr swap?
The internal leveling mechanism and independent spindle are designed to help preserve burr alignment after routine cleaning or burr replacement. After reassembly, verify the grind setting before brewing and make a small adjustment if needed.
Is the YEH-98L compatible with 110V / 120V power?
The YEH-98L is rated for 220V / 50–60Hz. North American customers will need a step-up voltage transformer. Please verify your local power requirements before ordering.
Precautions for Scale Adjustment
This machine is manufactured with the 0 mark set as the tool setting position. Do not tighten the scale beyond 0 before turning on the machine, as this may cause wear on the tool disc and affect accuracy.
When adjusting the scale, it is recommended to first set the speed to the lowest setting while the machine is powered on, and then make fine adjustments to the scale. Scale adjustments should follow the principle of "from large to small". For example, if the target scale is 3, you can first back down to 4, and then slowly back down to 3 to obtain a more stable and accurate positioning.
Safety Warning
The equipment has undergone precision testing and blade leveling before leaving the factory. Do not loosen the leveling screws yourself. If disassembly or adjustment is required, please contact after-sales personnel first.
Before disassembling any equipment part, the power must be turned off. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble any equipment part while the machine is powered on, especially critical components such as the bean inlet and powder outlet.
Do not grind anything other than coffee beans. Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into the grinding or powder outlet areas while the equipment is running.
If abnormal noise, odor, or overheating occurs, immediately stop the machine, disconnect the power, and contact after-sales service.
