Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Free Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue for verification.
Within 60 days: Eligible for a replacement, or reshipment of missing parts (e.g. straws, manuals) from our US FBA warehouse.
60 to 120 days: Eligible for a 50% refund.
120 days to 1 year: Eligible for a 30% refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To start the return or replacement process, please contact our customer service team at support@yarramate.com
with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or replace.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, Yarramate will cover the shipping costs for replacements.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be non-refundable, including clearance items or items marked as final sale.
