Before first use: hand wash the bottle, lid and intake tube with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry before filling.

Fill with a suitable liquid cooking oil, such as olive oil or avocado oil. Leave space below the neck instead of filling to the rim, then fit the lid securely.

Use a quick, firm trigger press for a finer spray. Use the pouring spout when a recipe calls for a larger amount of oil.

Avoid thick sauces, honey, syrups and liquids containing herbs, seeds or other solid particles, which may clog the nozzle.

For routine cleaning, hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Pump warm soapy water through the spray mechanism, then flush with clean water until fully rinsed.

Use a soft cloth or brush rather than abrasive pads. Dry completely before reassembly and storage.

Store away from direct heat, open flames and prolonged sunlight. Keep the glass bottle off hot cooking surfaces and avoid sudden temperature changes.
